The Saints have been competitive in every single game this season in their 3 losses they lost by a combined score of 7 total points and they are off back to back wins. The Chiefs are 3-2 on the year, and I cashed on them last week as our top play, but this week I’m taking the opposite approach. I loved that Andy Reid was off a bye week, but now off an ATS cover I’ll look to fade him. Until Justin Houston returns this Chiefs defense won’t get to the QB. They rank 28th in sack %, and we all know what happens if you give Drew Brees time to throw.

The Chiefs victories have come against the Chargers, Jets, and Raiders while the Saints have already played Oakland and San Diego in identical games losing 34-35, and winning 35-34. The spread in both of those games was 2.5 and 3.5. I have this as a 27-25 total in favor of the Chiefs and the oddsmakers are giving me more than field goal to the home team.
